Annual increment 3% of pay in the Pay Band + Grade Pay.
- Pensioners will continue to draw pension in addition to salary.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AGE AND OTHER DETAILS FOR ABOVE FOUR POSTS
ATTRIBUTES: Persons applying should have initiative & drive and be committed to the mission and service oriented culture of NSC.
1. Dir: Good professional knowledge on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH); Outstanding organizational and administrative ability; Leadership skills in planning & raising resources, identifying market needs for NSC's services in different sectors & developing such services.
2. DD/AD: Professional knowledge on OSH, co-ordination, team building, inter-personal relationship, communication, sales promotion skills and job versatility.
3. TO: Aptitude for self-development; Good knowledge of safety statutes, standards and systems & practices; Computer usage; Good communication skills.
EXPERIENCE: 1. Dir/DD/AD: In the field of OSH in a reputed national level Institute / Organization OR in Safety Department in a reputed / large scale industry OR in enforcement of HSE statutes.
2. TO : Relevant work experience in industry.
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Dir/DD: Essential: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Fire & Safety Engg. from a recognized university. Desirable: Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized Institute or PG Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management from reputed institute.
2. AD/TO: Essential: (i) Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Fire & Safety Engg. from a recognized university and (ii) Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized Institute or PG Diploma in Industrial Safety & Environment Management from a reputed Institute. NSC does not provide residential accommodation. For outstation candidates called for interview, to & fro rail fare limited to AC-II tier for Dir and DD and AC-III tier for AD and TO from their place of residence or place of work, whichever is less by shorter route, will be paid, subject to production of tickets. The selected candidate has to join within three months.
