The filled in Application affixed with a recent Passport Size Photograph pasted on the upper right corner and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer along with attested copies of all Certificates etc. should reach the Director by 28-12-2009 till 5 PM. Application incomplete in any respect or received after this Date will be rejected summarily. Applications will not be accepted by E-Mail or Fax.
