2. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Director (Projects) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and Managing Director. He is responsible for project implementation including project and construction site management.
3. ELIGIBILITY
I. AGE: On the date of occurrence of vacancy:
(i) Minimum 45 years.
(ii) Not more than 58 years for internal candidates and not more than 57 years
for others.
(iii) The age of superannuation is 60 years.
II. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The candidate should be an engineering graduate or equivalent with good academic record from a recognised university/institution.
He should have adequate experience at a senior level in project and construction management in a large organisation of repute. Experience in consultancy and detailed engineering works related to Metallurgical and Engineering industries sector is desirable.
Minimum qualification is relaxable in exceptional cases for internal candidates with sound background and experience.
Last date of receipt of applications in PESB is 9th December, 2009. No application shall be entertained under any circumstances after the stipulated date. Incomplete applications are liable to be REJECTED.
