Applications are invited for the following post for our Organization at Jodhpur situated in the State of Rajasthan:-

(1) DY. GENERAL MANAGER (MINING) – Scale of Pay Rs. 36600-3%-62000 (E-6) (Effective from 01-01-2007) Higher pay can be considered for experienced and deserving candidates.

Qualifications : Degree in Mining Engineering in First Division with Second Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Restricted) under MMR 1961.

Experience : Minimum 20 years working experience in PSUs/Large Scale Private Organization in the line after obtaining Degree in Mining Engineering. Those who are working in PSUs, out of 20 years working experience, two year experience is essential in the next below scale Rs. 32900-58000/ 16000-400-20800/7000-275-8100-300-9600 (2007/1997/1992 pay scales).

Those who are working in Large Private Organizations should be drawing a CTC of not less than 8 Lakh per year and should hold a Higher Managerial Cadre in Mining Field. Candidates should be working in Organizations where the annual turnover is in excess of Rs. 40 crore in Mining Operations.

Age : Maximum 50 years as on 01-12-2009. Maximum age relaxable 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Besides Basic Salary IDA, HRA, PF, Gratuity etc. will be entitle as per rules of the company alongwith perquisite will be as applicable.
