National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) is a premier and fast growing Central Public Sector Enterprise, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company with Corporate Office in New Delhi and Branches in all major cities of the country, requires qualified and experienced professionals at the level of Deputy General Manager (On contract), Chief Manager (A/Cs) and Deputy Manager (A/Cs). The detailed eligibility criteria, pay scales are given below

Deputy General Manager (On contract):
Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40310/-p.m.
Station of posting : NSIC-Technical Services Centre, Rajkot; Tenure: for 3 years

Educational and Professional qualification:
B.E/B.Tech. (in Mechanical / Electrical) preferably with PG Diploma or Degree
Age Limit: 35-45 yrs.

Experience required:

At least 15 years experience (including 3 years post qualification experience) in a responsible capacity in the relevant areas such as technical skill development, mechanical and electrical testing etc. Exposure to Diesel Engine and Submersible Pump testing, Energy audit &
environment audit will be preferred. Exposure to ISO 9000 QMS is desirable.

Chief Manager (A/Cs) : Pay scale (IDA) Rs. 24900-50500/-.
Educational and Professional qualification:
Graduate from a recognized University and should have passed the final examination of either Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India
Age Limit
35-42yrs.
Experience required:
At least 12 years experience (including 3 years post qualification experience) in a responsible capacity in Finance & Accounts Department

Deputy Manager (A/Cs) : Pay scale (IDA) Rs. 16400-40500/-
Graduate from a recognized University and should have passed the final examination of either the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India.

Age Limit:27-35 yrs
Experience required:
Should have five years experience (including 1 year post qualification experience) in a responsible capacity in Finance & Accounts Department.

Age relaxation by 5 yrs. for SC/ST and 3 yrs. for OBC. Reservation will apply as per Government guidelines.
1. For Dy. General Manager (On contract) post: Besides the above consolidated remuneration, other facilities like Earned Leave, EPF, OPD Medical treatment expenses reimbursement on ‘declaration basis’ are also admissible as per rules of the Corporation applicable to contractual appointment.
2. For Chief Manager (A/cs.) and Deputy Manager (A/cs.) posts: These posts carry besides Pay, Dearness Allowance on Industrial D.A. pattern and other fringe benefits like Employees Provident Fund, HRA, Transport Allowance, LTC, Medical and other allowances as per rules of the Corporation.

The Management of the Corporation reserves the right to fill up or not to fill all posts or fill up
a few posts. Mere eligibility will not vest any right in any candidate for being called for interview and the Corporation’s decision in this regard shall be final and NO CORRESPONDENCE will be entertained in this regard. Applications not in the prescribed format, without signatures and photographs or received after due date will not be considered. Employees working in Government / PSEs should route their applications through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview. Reimbursement of TA/DA (on production of original tickets) for attending interview by shortest route from place of residence to place of interview by second class sleeper (ordinary) will be made only to those out-stationed SC/ST candidates, who are not working in Central / State / PSU / Local Government Institution and Panchayats.

Typed applications giving complete particulars in the prescribed format with two copies of
latest passport size photographs (one pasted and other stapled) and self-attested copies of
all testimonials such as Degrees/Certificates/Marks-Sheets/Experience documents should be
sent in an envelope super scribing “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ____________” by

Bhavan”, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi-110 020, so as to reach latest by 16.11.2009.
Incomplete applications or applications not in the prescribed format without signature, without
photographs and received after due date will summarily be rejected.
