Institute for Financial Management and Research
PhD Program
IIFMR’s PhD program, affiliated to the University of Madras, is designed to develop faculty/researchers in the fields of finance and economics.
The program consists of two-year course work followed by completion of a thesis. A graded monthly stipend is offered for a maximum of five years.

- Post Graduates in any discipline. CA, CWA, CS are eligible to apply

- The program demands quantitative and computing skills.

The written test and interview will be held on December 22, 2009
Selection:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a selection test and interview to be held at Institute’s campus at Chennai, on December 22, 2009. Second class train fare will be reimbursed to the outstation candidates attending the interview.
Stipends
Selected candidates will be given stipends as follows:
- Merit based attractive stipend up to Rs.50000/- per month
- Scope for Teaching / Research Fellowship
