Application for Calendar Year 2010 - MBA/MCA/MSc Degree Programmes through Distance Mode

MODE FOR APPLYING

MODE A - IN PERSON AT CHENNAI

Application forms can be obtained in person at the Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai – 600 025 on payment of Rs.650/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai” payable at Chennai and be obtained from any Nationalized Bank on or after the specified date in the advertisement.Please write your Name, Communication Address and Mobile Number behind the Demand Draft. The filled in application form should be sent to “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai – 600 025” so as to reach on or before the specified date in the advertisement.

For candidates who apply through applications obtained in any one of the modes A the details of additional amount to be paid along with the filled Application Form are as follows:

i. No DD to be enclosed if applying for any one programme of MBA/MCA/MSc

ii. DD amount: Rs.600/- to be enclosed, if applying for any two programmes of MBA / MCA / MSc

iii. DD amount: Rs.1200/- to be enclosed, if applying for all the three programmes of MBA, MCA & MSc.

DEMAND DRAFTS

All Demand Drafts should be drawn in favour of “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai” payable at Chennai and be obtained from any Nationalized Bank on or after the specified date in the advertisement.

NOTE

1. The present list of study centres is available at our web site. Study Centres will operate in selected cities where there are sufficient number of candidates.
2. Candidates should send only one application irrespective of the number of programmes for which he/she would like to take up Entrance Tests.
3. Candidates will be required to produce copy of the relevant provisional / degree certificate at the time of admission, along with other documents.
4. Item No. 18 need not be filled. The list of study centres shall be known at the time of admission.

Please write your Name, Communication Address and Mobile Number behind the Demand Draft. The filled in application form should be sent to “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai – 600 025” so as to reach on or before the specified date in the advertisement.

For candidates who apply through applications obtained in mode B, the details of additional amount to be paid along with the filled Application Form are as follows:

Blank application form can be downloaded from the web-site “annauniv.edu/cde” and the same may be filled. The filled in application form along with the demand draft for appropriate value drawn in favour of “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai” payable at Chennai and be obtained from any Nationalized Bank on or after the specified date in the advertisement, along with a self addressed post card should be sent to “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai – 600025 so as to reach on or before the specified date in the advertisement. Please write your Name, Communication Address, Application Number and Mobile Number behind the Demand Draft.

For candidates who apply through applications obtained in mode C, the details of additional amount to be paid along with the filled Application Form are as follows:

i. DD amount: Rs.650/- to be enclosed, if applying for any one programme of MBA/MCA/MSc
