I. ASSISTANT LEGAL ADVISER

7. Eligibility Criteria : Officers having experience in legal matters under the Central/ State Government/universities/Recognized Research Institutes/Public Sector Understanding/ Semi Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organization/Public Sector undertakings -
(a) (i) holding Analogous posts on regular basis or
(ii) with 5 years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 8000- 13,500 or equivalent ; or
(iii) with 8 years regular service in the scale of pay of Rs. 6500 – 10,500 or equivalent ; and
(b) (i) Degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent
(ii) Experience of working in disability/disadvantage sector and in administration/
financial and legal matters for at least 3 years
II. DEPUTY DIRECTOR (ADMINISTRATION)

7. Eligibility Criteria : Officers under the Central/ State Government/universities/Recognized Research Institutes/Public Sector Understanding/ Semi Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organization/Public Sector undertakings -
(a) (i) holding Analogous posts on regular basis; or
(ii) with 5 years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 8000- 13,500 or equivalent ; or
(iii) with 6 years regular service in posts in the pay scale of 7500-12000 or equivalent ; or
(iii) with 8 years regular service in the scale of pay of Rs. 6500 – 10,500 or equivalent ; and
(b) (i) possessing Degree from a recognized university or equivalent
(ii) possessing experience in developmental sector at least for 3 years or/and
experience in administration/finance.
(iii) Fluency in computer usage
(Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex- cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years).
III. ASSISTANT

7.Eligibility : (i) Degree from a recognized University or
equivalent
(ii) Five years experience in
Administration/ accounts
(iii ) Proficiency in Computer Applications.
Officers of the Central/State Government/Universities/Recognized Research Institutes/Public Sector undertaking/Semi Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organization
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(ii) officer holding regular posts in the grade pay scale of Rs. 4000- 6000 with 7 years regular service in the grade /post; and
The applications for the post of Assistant Legal Advisor, Deputy Director(Administration), and Assistant should be sent, in the prescribed format as given in Annexure, through proper channel along with the documents listed below:
a. Copies of the Annual Confidential Reports for the last five years (duly attested by the competent authority).
b. Certificate to the effect that no vigilance/disciplinary proceeding is either pending or contemplated against the applicant.
c. Integrity Certificate.
d. Details of minor/major penalties imposed upon the applicant during the last 10 years.
