Requisites :
For the post of General Managers / Dy. General Managers :
Candidates should possess excellent managerment and administrative skills and experience at Corporate / Regional / Zonal levels. They should be well versed with the latest trends / technology in banking and should possess atleast 5 years experience in Scale V and above with Public Sector Banks or in corresponding grades with other banks.
Age - Not exceeding 55 years.
For the post of Heads of Departments:
The applicant should have proven track record of managing the departments / section / branches successfully with through exposure to the latest statutory requirements relevant to banking and should have worked in Scale III and above for atleast 5 years with Public Sector Banks or in corresponding grades with other banks.
Age - Not exceeding 50 years.
For Chartered Accountants:
Applicants should be CA/CA (intermediate) with minimum 5 years experience in banking/industry.
Age - Not exceeding 50 years
Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience and is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
Candidates who strictly meet the above criteria only need apply.
