    Only P has no cutoff frequency.
    Its a coaxial cable with parallel conductors. The other two are waveguides which can support only TE / TM modes. The question is confusing because the coaxial cable's cutoff frequency is theoretically 0 Hz. Hence practically only the two waveguides have cutoff freqs.

    and the sample space for event X + Y = 0 -->{(0,2),(1,1),(2,0)}

    Convert the circuit to AC model.
    By shorting the capacitor and DC sources.
    Calculate base current ib = vi / hie
    Collector current ice = beta * ib
    THe output voltage = output resistor 3 Kohm x ic x -1
    -1 because the collector current flows from the ground into the transistor.
