Sreenu Vaitla demands Rs 6 cr remuneration

Sreenu Vaitla entered the film industry as director through ‘Nee Kosam’. He got a break with ‘Anandam’ and earned the name of a director with minimum guarantee. Most of his recent films like ‘Dhee, Dubai Sreenu, Ready’ were proved blockbusters and he earned the name of a successful director. Presently he is doing a film ‘King’ with Nagarjuna as hero. After the completion of this film, he had signed for a film to be produced by Suresh Productions with Venkatesh as hero. It is also learnt that he had also agreed to direct the third film of Naga Chaitanya on the banner of Kamakshi Movies. It is learnt that Sreenu Vaitla had demanded Rs 6 crore as remuneration for this film and reportedly received an advance of Rs 1 crore for the film. It is worth mentioning here that Sreenu Vaitla has a habit of having a tiff with the producer at the end of every film. But the director had agreed to do another film with Sivaprasad Reddy as producer again on the banner of Kamakshi Movies.
