After giving a blockbuster like ‘Pokiri’, Maheshbabu tasted failures like ‘Atithi and Sainikudu’. So, it is learnt that the Prince had decided to be very cautious in accepting his next movie. Now, Maheshbabu is planning to hand over another big hit as a gift to his fans on the lines of ‘Pokiri’. That is why, he is taking reasonable time for a successful subject and discussions are in progress in this regard. Though a film was formally launched in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas and produced by Singanamala Ramesh, it failed to go to sets so far. Possibly the shooting of the film is likely to begin either by the end of August or in the first half of September. However, the producer is making efforts to release the film by Dasara next year (2009). Parvathi Melton was selected as the main heroine in the film, while the unit is in search of another heroine. It is learnt that the director is bringing out the film as a wholesome entertainer.
