Applications are invited from eligible candidates for following provisional posts for placement in various DRDO laboratories & establishments spread all over the country with all India service liability including field condition/remote areas.

1.SENIOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANT - ‘B’ (STA - ‘B’)
Essential Qualification: B.Sc. or Three years regular Diploma in the concerned subject from a recognized University/ Technical Board / Institute. Candidates possessing the higher qualifications viz M.Sc., B.Tech., BE Degree etc. shall not be considered for recruitment.
Age Limit as on Closing Date: 18-28 Years (relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/ESM etc. as per Government of India rules.)
Pay Band-2: Rs 9300-34800, Grade Pay: Rs 4200
2.) TECHNICIAN - ‘A’ (TECH - ‘A’)
Essential Qualification: 10th pass from recognized Board & Certificate from Government approved ITI in required discipline. Candidates possessing the higher qualifications viz M.Sc., B.Tech., BE Degree etc. shall not be considered for recruitment.
Age Limit as on Closing Date: 18-28 Years (relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/ESM etc. as per Government of India rules.

DATE, CENTRE AND VENUE OF EXAMINATION
The examination for all the posts will be conducted on same DATE & TIME all over the country. The tentative date of examination is 07th Feb 2010 (SUNDAY). However the exact date, time, Examination Centre will be intimated to the eligible candidates by post. The same will also be available on official website . No request for change of examination centre shall be entertained.

LAST DATE OF APPLICATION
The application complete in all respect must reach “The Director, Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM), Recruitment Section, DRDO, Metcalfe House, Delhi-110054” on or before closing date i.e. 30 Nov 2009.
