U. P. Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association is conducting
FOURTH (from 2006) UP Combined Medical Entrance Test (UPCMET) - 2009
as per the directions of Hon'ble High Court for admission
to
MBBS Ist year for academic year 2009-10
in Non-minority Unaided Member Medical Colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

Last Date of Submission - 30 Apr 2009 (Mon)

Eligibility to appear in UPCMET - 2009 :

Educational Qualification:
1. Candidates must passed 10+2 level examination of UP Board / ISC / CBSE or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University with English as a subject; securing minimum 50% (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC) marks on average in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (including practical examination) taken together.
2. Candidates appearing in 10+2 examination of 2009, are also eligible to appear in entrance test but at the time of counseling they have to produce the passing mark sheet of 10+2 examination, failing which no allotment of seats will be made.

Age Limit:
To appear in the Entrance examination candidate should have completed 17 years but not crossed 25 years as on 31st December, 2009 (Candidates born after 1st January, 1993 and on before 31 December, 1984 need not apply).

Nationality:
Admission is open to all citizens of India.

NOTE: Reservation as per Govt. order applicable at the time.
