Filling up of various posts in the National Human Rights Commission on deputation on foreign service basis.

Classification/Experience & Eligibility required for the post

3.	Section Officer Pay Scale + Grade pay Rs.9300-34800 + Rs.4800/-	02	Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis, or (a ) With 8 years regular service in a post in the pay scale of Rs.5500-175-9000 (pre-revised) (b) Possessing experience of Administration/ establishment /accounts matters Desirable: a degree in Law
4.	Private Secretary, PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800+Rs.4800/-	02	Officers in the Central Government holding analogous post on regular basis as P.S or Steno in the pay scale of Rs.5500-9000 (pre-revised) with 8 years regular service in the grade.
5.	Assistant Accounts Officer PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800+Rs.4800/-	02	Officers under the Central Govt. holding analogous posts on regular basis who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts in the ISTM or equivalent and possess experiences in cash and accounts work, or (ii) Junior Accounts Officers or equivalent in the pay scale of Rs.5500-9000 (pre-revised) with 8 years regular service in the grade.
6.	Inspector PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 +Rs.4600/-	08	Officers working in similar or equivalent grade in Central/State Police Forces/ Armed Forces of Union; OR Sub Inspectors in the Central /State Police Forces/Armed Forces of Union with 5 years regular service as Sub Inspector or Officers working in the equivalent grade on regular basis under the Central Government or State Govt. Departments/ Central Public Undertakings; and possessing at least 5 years experience in vigilance or investigation or intelligence work. Note: Preference will be given to Female officers.
7.	Personal Assistant, PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 +Rs.4200/-	2	Officers under the Central Govt. holding analogous posts on regular basis; or with 8 years regular service in the post of Stenographer in the pay scale of Rs.4000-6000(pre-revised).
8.	Accountant, PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + Rs.4200/-	02	Officers under the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in posts in the pay scales of Rs.5000-8000 (pre-revised) or with 10 years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs.4000-6000 (pre-revised) or equivalent; and who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent and possess three years.
9.	Assistant PB-2 Rs.9300-34800+ Rs.4200/-	03	Officers under the Central Government (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; OR (ii) with five years regular service in the grade of UDC or equivalent in the scale of pay of Rs.4000-100-6000. (pre-revised)
10.	Programmer Assistant PB-2 Rs.9300-34800+ Rs.4200/-	01	Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis in the National Informatics Center or similar organizations.

13.	Research Officer (on contract basis) Lumpsum Contractual Amount Rs. 21,000/- P.M. (Bio-data Proforma given at Annexure-III be used)	2	(i) Degree in Law or Post Graduate degree in Human Rights/Political Science/History/Economics/ Criminology with an aggregate of not less than 60% of marks. (ii) At least One year experience of working on research projects in the specified field. (iii) Computer Knowledge (iv) Candidates should have an academic bent of mind with a keen interest in carrying out research on issues in the social sector, preferably with emphasis on their Human Rights dimensions. It is also desirable that he/she should have knowledge of research methodology. (v) Maximum age limit : 45 years.
14.	Research Assistant (on contract basis) Lumpsum Contractual Amount Rs. 16,000/- P.M. (Bio-data Proforma given at Annexure-III be used)	2	(i) Degree in Law or Post Graduate degree in Human Rights/Political Science/History/Economics/ Criminology with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks. (ii) At least six months experience of working on research projects in the specified field. (iv) Computer Knowledge (v) Candidates should have an academic bent of mind with a keen interest in carrying out research on issues in the social sector, preferably with emphasis on their Human Rights dimensions. It is also desirable that he/she should have knowledge of research methodology. Maximum age limit : 40 years.
