Job openings exist for two positions in the area of Human Resources function relating to our units in Mumbai, and other major metro cities

Age
30 years as on the date of notification. This may be relaxed in case of candidates with longer years of experience. Relaxation as per Government of India directives applies to SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates

Qualification
The applicant should be an MBA or equivalent with specialization in HR/ PM&IR or MSW from an institution of repute

Experience
The prospective candidates should have minimum 5 years of working experience in HR function with at least 2 yrs in handling unit level roles in a manufacturing industry with flair for handling employee/industrial relations. Should have an appreciation of modern people management practices and should be IT friendly. Exposure of IT enabled HR processes will be an added advantage
