Application form along with ‘Detailed Instructions’ can be had either personally from Cash Counter, Panjab University, Chandigarh or by post from Deputy Registrar-Estt. by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope (worth Rs. 30/-) of 30 cm. X 12 cm. along with fee of –
Rs. 375/- for General Category (Rs. 150/- for SC/ST category) for posts at Sr. Nos. 1 to 4 (Teaching posts)
Rs. 250/- for General Category (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST Category) for posts at Sr. Nos. 5 to 7 (‘B’ Class posts) and Rs. 50/- for General Category (Rs. 25/- for SC/ST Category) for posts at Sr. Nos. 8 & 9 (‘C’Class posts) and through Bank Draft favouring Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh.

The candidates living abroad may apply on plain paper with full bio-data (ten copies), one set of attested copies of testimonials, together with requisite fee through a crossed account payee Bank Draft payable at Chandigarh in favour of the Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Please also attach four sets of reprints of five major publications (out of two could be books or research projects) for the post of Professor-cum-Director, if applied for the post of Reader-cum-Deputy Director attach four sets of reprints of three major publications.
