NFL, a MINI RATNA and profit making premier Company in the Fertilizer Sector, having annual turnover of over Rs. 5,000 crores, committed to the philosophy of building up and developing human resources as an integral part of its future growth strategy, with modern plants at Nangal, Bathinda, Panipat and Vijaipur and having Marketing Network in most parts of the country, invites applications for 137 Management Trainees.
Eligibility:
a) Indian Citizen, b) Medical Fitness, c) Verified good conduct/character, d) age as on 31.12.2009 : not above 27 years (29 years for Post Graduates). Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and also for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1.1.80 to 31.12.89, 3 years for OBC.and 10 years for Physically Handicapped persons (15 years for SCs/STs and 13 years for OBCs).
Candidates who are appearing in their final examination and expecting declaration of result by 31.8.2010 can also apply
How to apply:
Apply in the prescribed format neatly typed in English/Hindi. No certificates/ testimonials need be attached. However, SC/ST/OBC/Kashmiri migrant/PH candidates must attach Photostat/ attested copy of relevant caste/domicile certificate etc. issued by the competent authority.
2. Attach crossed Demand Draft for Rs.300/- (non-refundable) drawn in favour of National Fertilizers Limited payable at State Bank of India, New Delhi. SC/ST/PH candidates need not send demand draft.
