Rajinikanth to sport Pawan Kalyan's attire

When Kamal Haasan portrayed 10 different characters for his recent flick 'Dasavatharam', Rajinikanth is getting ready to appear in 20 different get-ups that too in a single song in 'Kathanayakudu', that was choreographed on Rajinikanth and Nayanatara.
Another surprising point in this song is that most of the get-ups he chose to wear were from his earlier films. Besides that, it is reliably learnt that Rajinikanth is going to appear like Pawan Kalyan in 'Jalsa'.
According to the insiders of the film unit, Rajinikanth and Jagapathibabu are playing the roles of driver and conductor in a local bus service. Rajini goes in search of a career in film industry and turns a star hero. Then he returns to his place to help Jagapatibabu. What happened next had to be seen on the screen.
The film was directed by P Vasu and produced by C Aswanidutt on the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies.
The producer is planning to launch the audio on June 30 and release the film in July.

Nag's King on December 18th

King, a Nag starrer in the direction of Seenu Vytla, is planned to hit the screens on December 18th, according to producer D. Sivaprasad Reddy. Made on Kamakshi Kala Movies banner, the film's regular shoot is under brisk progress since June 6th. He further said that the date was so announced in tune with the sentiment of Nagarjuna, whose blockbusters Manmadhudu, Mass and Don came as December releases. Trisha plays the heroine; and Srihari does a special role. The star cast consists of about 40 busy artistes. It is for the second time Devi Sri Prasad scores music for a Nag film, after Manmadhudu.

Ready -Review

Cast: Ram, Genelia, Kota Srinivas Rao, Brahmanandham, Sunil Jayaprakash Reddy, Chandramohan, MS Narayana and others

Cameo: Nagababu, Tamannah, Navdeep.
Music: Devi Sri Prasad
Director: Srinu Vaitla.
Finally, another comedy film of director Srinu Vaitla, has released after almost a gap of 14 months. Last time it was “Dhee” which was relished by the audience for its comedy scenes and dialogues. READY is also a film with a comedy touch which has drama, sentiment, fights and romantic songs as spices in it. After the success of “Dubai Seenu” and “Dhee”, Srinu Vaitla is getting a label as a director of humor and in his latest film “Ready” he has succeeded in chiseling it, from the story.

Story
Chandu (Ram) is a young boy who grows up in a joint family. But his deed of helping his niece to elope with her lover and marry him, makes other family members miffed up. So the entire family decides to sideline him and so Chandu is kept away from all the family concerns.
But as usual, due to the young age and hot blood, Chandu promises to help another friend of his, to unite him with his lover. In this processes accidentally he kidnaps Pooja (Genelia) by mistake. This accident of kidnapping Pooja turns into a sweet incident as Chandu starts admiring Pooja.
Coming to the back ground of Pooja, she is a daughter of a rich NRI parents. But her uncle’s, which are the characters played by Kota and Jayaprakash are involved in a cat fight to make their sons’ marry Pooja in order to get her whole riches.
So they are behind the hero and the heroine and then the chase begins. Chandu somehow manages to induce Pooja into their joint family and soon Pooja gets liked by all in the family of Chandu. Chandu falls in love with Pooja. After certain meaningful incidents the girl falls in love with the boy and then the love sparks and the duet songs ignite on the silver screen.
Then the climax of the movie appears in which Chandu outperforms the villains and then marries Pooja with his elder’s blessings. So a happy ending is given to the film as usual like in all typical films of Srinu Vaitla.Performances
Ram is looking young and talented in every fame. His looks, his body language suit him for the character of the lover boy and his dialogue expressions as well as his acting skills are improving by film by film. He acts well as a mass and a class hero in some scenes which will satisfy all sects of audience. Some of his mannerisms depict Ravi Teja and some of the dialogues also are mimicked like him. But overall Ram gives a Perfect justification to his character.
Genelia as usually looks apt for her bubbly character role. Her costumes are well suited with out much skin show. But her character which involves a lot of innocence has been well enacted.
The comedy track of Brahmanandham, MS, Sunil try to churn some comedy from the film story and Brahmanandham succeeded in it by acting as a McDowell Murthy. Rest of the comedians does their jobs perfectly.
Kota Srinivas Rao and Jaya Prakash Reddy have acted well as villains. But their dialogues also churn some laughter in the public.
Nagababu, Tamannah and Navdeep do a cameo role in the film and that has to be seen on the big screen only.
The music department has been little bit back sided. Though Devi Sri as given some melody music and duets, his usual mix of “Bomarillu” music and “Jalsa” will make us sense that the films music lacks punch and Vigor.
The story has been directed well by Srinu Vaitla, but some more ingredients and twists to the story could have been more theming to the movie.
On the whole the movie is lengthy of 2 hours and 53 minutes and patiently has to be watched. Especially the second half is little bit dragged and so is predictable.
The film is an average film and must be complimented for Brahmanandham’s acting. “Dhee” film also had Brahmanandham in a hilarious role and this film will also add some limelight to his career.
