Pay Scale: 5500-9000

Qualifications and Experience
i) Degree in fine/commercial arts/graphic designing with two years experience in commercial /graphic designing and layout making or
ii) Diploma in fine/commercial arts with three years experience in commercial / graphic designing and layout making&
iii) Qualifying trade test
2. Name of Post: Junior Artist (GR. “C”)
Pay Scale : 5000-150-8000
Total No.of Posts: Three (UR-1, SC-1, OBC-1)
Qualifications and Experience
i) Degree in fine/commercial arts or graphic designing and experience of one year in commercial /graphic designing or
ii) Diploma in fine/commercial arts or graphic designing with two years experience in commercial/graphic designing and layout making &
i) Working knowledge of English and Hindi and one of the regional
languages in which work is required to be done.
ii) Qualifying trade test.
3. Name of Post: Artist Retoucher (GR. “C”)
Pay Scale : 5500-175-9000
Total No.of Posts: Three (UR-2, OBC-1)
Qualifications and Experience
i) Degree in printing technology from a recognized university or institution with two years experience or
ii) Diploma in printing technology(Offset) from a recognized institute
of printing and three years experience in scanning, planning and
retouching in a offset establishments of repute.
4. Name of Post: Asstt. Artist Retoucher (GR.”C”)
Pay Scale : 5000-150-8000
Total No. of Posts: Eight (UR-5, SC-1 OBC-2)
Qualifications and Experience
i) Degree in printing technology from a recognized university or institution with one years experience.
ii) Diploma in printing technology(Offset) or equivalent from a recognized institute of printing and two years experience in scanning and retouching in a Photo Litho establishments of repute.
5. Name of Post: Cameraman (GR.”C”)
Pay Scale : 4500-125-7000
Total No.of Posts: One (UR-1)
Qualifications and Experience:-
i) Diploma in printing technology from a recognized institution;
ii) Three years experience in operation of process camera.
Age Limit: 1) Between 18 to 27 years. ( Upper age limit relaxable for departmental candidates upto 35 years for appointment by direct recruitment. It is further relaxable for five years in the case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.)
Note: The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the
discretion of the competent authority in the case of candidates belonging to
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe. If at any stage of selection the
competent authority is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates
from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely
to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.
